The 3D Plan is a solid Christian, Bible-based
program to help you live a fuller, healthier life. Don’t miss the next

3D, a 12-week Journey to Wholeness, is not only for those who desire to lose
weight, but for anyone that wants better health and balance in their life. Members
are guided into making gradual changes in their lives that are positive,
practical, and proven to become permanent. The 3D Plan considers the whole
person – physical, emotional, and spiritual – not just the body. It will change your life for the
better!

is a must so we may have materials for you!
Current 3D weekly meetings: Monday
mornings at 8:15a.m. in Room 1, Wednesday evenings at 6:15 p.m. in Kaiser
Lounge.
NEW 3D GROUP
