Pastor Robert Kasper is our administrative pastor.  He was born in Barron, WI.  Pastor graduated from Concordia in St. Paul, MN and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO.  He also has a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Seminary in St. Louis.

He has served as pastor in two previous congregations, the Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens in Webster Groves and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Fenton, both in Missouri.

He became our pastor in 1993.  Pastor and Deb (his wife) have four children.
